I WATCHED THE SOURCE AND LOVED IT.
It’s nice to be in the know, especially when the days of the morning news in high
school are over. Yes, The DePauw Weekly is a nice source of information about all
the happenings on campus, but it can quickly be lost in the tsunami of emails that hit
a student’s inbox daily.
Enter the Source.
Airing every Wednesday from 7:30-8:00 PM, the Source features DePauw and
surrounding community news produced by students.
The program coves all need- to-know-news, as well as sports and entertainment.
However, if you feel you are not able to commit yourself to watching live every
Wednesday at the specified time, don’t fret! The Source uploads all episodes to
YouTube directly after its broadcast, so you’ll never be left in the dark.
As I mentioned above, you can access the Source after its initial airing on YouTube,
which I was I did last night for the Source’s first broadcast. It did not disappoint! All
hosts were fun yet professional when delivering the news, covering events from the
Alumni Fellows Program happening today to a student who has used his DePauw
education to earn a nice profit from several gaming websites. Those who tuned in
also learned about the Green Dot program as well as why the green dot is a green
